Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Speed Feed Racing ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Speed Feed Racing is a live motorsport race feed application that provides real-time race events including timing data, team radio messages, pit stops, overtakes, penalties, and other session events. The app aggregates publicly available data and presents it in a unified feed format.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address and a display username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data provided by the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s services or infrastructure

4. User-Generated Content and Community Standards

Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Speed Feed Racing lets you post comments, replies, reactions, and select a username. By posting any user-generated content ("UGC"), you agree that your content will not contain, and you will not engage in, any of the following:

• Hate speech, slurs, or content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking of any individual
• Sexual content, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
• Violent, graphic, or gratuitously disturbing content
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Spam, scams, malware, phishing, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation of other people, public figures, or organizations
• Sharing of personal or confidential information without consent
• Any content that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these standards, at our sole discretion and without notice. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Speed Feed Racing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app.

5. Reporting and Blocking

Every comment in the app includes a flag icon for reporting objectionable content. Every user profile and comment offers a one-tap option to block the user, which immediately removes that user’s comments and reactions from your view.

We review every report within 24 hours. If we determine the reported content violates these Terms, we will remove the content and may suspend or terminate the offending account. Blocking a user also notifies us so we can review the reported behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the app — designs, icons, layouts, and code — is the property of Speed Feed Racing and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All third-party racing series names, team names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Speed Feed Racing is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any racing series, governing body, or team.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, Speed Feed Racing does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. The app should not be used as the sole basis for any decisions.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times, particularly during high-demand periods such as live race sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Feed Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
